Services with Endpoints in different Registries

Istio Registry Sync does not currently support services with endpoints in different registries. For example, if service A has two instances registered with AWS Cloud Map and another instance registered with Consul then these will conflict and the sync will keep overriding the Service Entry.

Multiple Service Registry Backends

Istio Registry Sync doesn't support multiple service registries simultaneously. AWS Cloud Map takes a priority if multiple backends are specified.
