TIS Analyzers

TIS Dashboard have several analyzers that provide insights into the Istio service mesh. The analyzers are used to monitor the service mesh and provide information about the service mesh components, configuration, and traffic. The analyzers are used to detect issues, provide recommendations, and help you optimize the service mesh configuration.

Currently, the following analyzers are available in TIS Dashboard:

1. CVE Analyzer. This analyzer scans the Istio service mesh for known vulnerabilities in Istio and Envoy proxy. The CVE Analyzer provides information about the vulnerabilities detected in the service mesh and recommendations to mitigate the vulnerabilities.
2. Config Analyzer. This analyzer validates the Istio configuration against established best practices. The Config Analyzer provides information about the configuration issues detected in the service mesh and recommendations to optimize the configuration.

TIS Dashboard also provide view of all services running in the Istio service mesh.

Future Enhancements

Tetrate is continuously working on adding and enhancing the TIS Dashboard analyzers to provide more insights and recommendations for optimizing the Istio service mesh. Stay tuned for more updates on the TIS Dashboard analyzers.
